If you use Living Mixtape to receive payments or tips, you are responsible for complying with tax regulations and financial reporting. Living Mixtape is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or financial losses resulting from transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Living Mixtape, including branding, software, and services, is owned by Living Mixtape. Users retain ownership of their own music, content, and data but grant Living Mixtape a license to use such content for platform-related purposes.

7. Termination of Access

Living Mixtape reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Living Mixtape is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
